About us

Living to take care of you

Vithas, part of the Goodgrower Group, was founded in 2012 with the aim of improving people’s lives. We started with ten hospitals and 3,100 professionals, serving nearly 1.5 million patients. Since then, our company’s growth-driven spirit has led us to expand to 20 hospitals and 39 medical and care centers (1,846 beds) across 14 Spanish provinces (Alicante, Almería, Barcelona, Castellón, Granada, Gran Canaria, Lleida, Madrid, Málaga, Seville, Tenerife, Valencia, Pontevedra, and Álava), where our 12,600 professionals handle over 6.4 million medical encounters annually.

Additionally, the group includes the Vithas Foundation, Vithas Red Diagnóstica, and the PlazaSalud purchasing center, basing its corporate strategy on accredited healthcare quality, patient experience, research and innovation, and social and environmental commitment.
